[ARCHIVED] Objects stuck when placed in world after loading a r-rental

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything, all EP, GP, SP and Kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to click on any collectible, frogs, rocks, anything.
What happens when the bug occurs? It gives a red circle with a diagoinal line (prohibit) when trying to interact with a collectible and does not allow to click on it.
What do you expect to see? To be able to click and find interractions such as Dig, Dig for treasure, Look for frog etc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After downloading Life & Death yesterday.

So I have all DLC, last night (I am in Greece so it was available at 7pm local time) I purchased and downloaded Life & Death. The ONLY mod I had installed is MC Command Center, suddenly, my Sim was unable to interract with collectibles just as Dirtpiles, Rocks, Crystals, Even frog nests, a prohibitory symbol appeats and I place the mouse over them similar to the one showing and I hover over the outskirts of the neghbourhood that the sim cannot go to. Obviously, unable to collect anything, which is annoying as I am in a generational challenge and I have to complete the sims trophies collection. I have removed the Mod completely, deleted localcachethumbnail, disabled mods in Gamoptions and it still persists. I have backed up my save and completely deleted the Sims 4 folder from Documents, started a new game, and it persists. I just now realized that the portal in Glimmerbrook is missing completely.
