@kat-stvrd In Sims 4 Studio under "my projects" you have to open the save game

It's not an easy workaround and it takes some time. After you clean the save game you should not play with any dorm, apartment in San Myshuno/Evergreen Harbor/etc. and residential rental because then again items which can't be deleted will duplicate over and over.

For myself I refuse to play this game in this state. There are also other bugs but this one is not acceptable in my opinion.

@indywara Thank you so much for taking the time to explain all this and provide me with the resources. I appereciate it. Yeah if you have to go through all that and still avoid three packs of the game there is no point indeed. ☹️
