[ARCHIVED] Romance Interactions constantly rejected

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? get together, growing together, seasons, highschool years, city living, cottage living, and the kits that were given out for free.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Interact with other sims and start to flirt or be romantic.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I try to build a romantic relationship with a lot of different sims, even if the friendship bar is high, my sim gets rejected. This also happens after more time with friendly interactions (which before almost never happened), even when no romantic interaction has been done, and it's almost impossible to build a relationship because every sim will go away embarassed. Mi sim doesn't have any particular trait that should cause a disadvantage, it's also a romantic! I tried and every sim has this problem.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see relationship happening normally, with some hiccups but not everyone of them ending in disaster.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I accidentaly closed the game without saving it and I don't have proof of all the failed relationship I had. They were a lot...
