What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EP. All GP, except Journy To Batuu. All SP. Kits: Throwback Fit, Country Kitchen, Industrial Loft, Incheon Arrivals, Carnaval Streetwear, Decor to the Max, Moonlight Chic, Little Campers, First Fits, Desert Luxe, Pastel Pop, Everyday Clutter, Simtimates Collection, Bathroom Clutter, Blooming Rooms
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Celebrate Winterfest with toddlers or older sims.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no option to ask Father Winter for presents
What do you expect to see? An option to ask Father Winter for presents
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I think this bug appeared some time after the new social menus were added to the game (approx. 1,5 years ago).

After doing some Google searching, it seems to depend on whether Father Winter comes trough a fireplace or the door; if he comes through the door, the option is missing.

I have three teen sims, neither had the option to ask for presents. Though one of them did have the option to fight for presents.
