I have tried to play with and without mods/cc, i have tried disabling the packs mentioned here and other places, I have repaired the game, deleted cache, reset the Sims 4 folder, I have done all the things. There is no music playing, I checked the NAP, it's not the dance one. I turned on testingcheats and Reset Object on sims. Nothing is working. The game is unplayable right now. Please please fix this!. Also please read the entire post before suggesting a fix, thank you.

    I'm not sure why, but the dancing is no longer an issue. I verified all my mods were updated, only a few weren't. I guess one of them was the cause.
