the save with the bug is the Slot_00000009.save, the one named Sims stuck on CounterTops.

  I haven't had the issue in a long time. I had it recently though after the high school years patch. I loaded it up and saw one of my teen sims sitting on the washing machine doing homework and she couldn't get down.
