How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? From main household, I used the phone to travel.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes after she makes the phone call to travel. It happened twice. I’m guessing it will happen a third time. I tried restoring licenses the first time it happened and it happened again. She makes the call, the game starts to load and before it even gets to the world map to choose where you’re going, it crashes.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to travel without the game crashing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
As I said above, the game crashes whenever I try to travel. I haven’t tried travelling with one sim yet but I know it happens when I choose people to go with me. It would probably happen regardless if the sun goes alone or not
This is been happening to me too. Not every single time but very frequently when I travel the game will crash as soon as I choose the destinations. Very frustrating. I am on Xbox one
