How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.6.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Growing together, discover university, seasons, city living, parenthood, tiny living, backyard stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to save my game a message pops up saying ’The game failed to save. Error code: 0.’ I can save as a new game without the message popping up but I don’t if it actually saves it. This is also not a sustainable solution. A moment before this all occurred I had pretty severe lag and my game was like stuttering a bit and I couldn’t press any butttons, I was forced to shut down the game without saving as I could not press anything. I didn’t even have a cursor. This might be related to the saving issue.
What do you expect to see? I expect my game to save and not show that message.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
