Even after the fix patch, i still can't pay my bills, they don't even come in the mail.
Image of the bug below, can someone help? it's really annoying

I’m still having this issue as of 9/5. Is there any way to fix this? A work around?

I can receive my bills however whenever the sims do the action on any devices or the mail box the bills still aren’t payed. I deactivated all my mods and the bug is still persistent and happens to all of my households.

so, option to pay bills available at first but disappears exactly two days later when you're supposed to get power shutoff message (which doesn't show up)

Got this issue again with bills not showing up, despite getting a pop up that the bills are here. I had the trouble before the update too and then we got a update and it worked fine, now after the new patch last Wensday I can yet not again pay the bills despite the pop up saying bills are here.

I have this issue since the last update, bills do not show up but the water / utilities are shut down and no way to pay the bills.

I also don't have the option to pay rent and bills (I play with For Rent). My landlord is threatening to evict me, which sucks because I've played in this house for months and building it and adding all the personalised items like pictures of the family took DAYS. I can't pay the rent though because the option literally doesn't show up. I've tried switching to another household on the same lot but in another unit, and they also don't have the option to pay rent and bills. It's Wednesday and I don't think my sims will be allowed to stay until Monday, so I can't even check if the issue will resolve itself.

i have this bug too. i only just got it. i got the bills delivered and i couldnt pay them, not even when i took them from the mailbox. i thought it was because my sim is a teen but i guess not
