Yes, me too! My Sims have turn offs the woohoo and flirt. I've tried flirting and woohooing with them for three days in a row, and the romantic feelings section shows that they're very unsatisfied and unattractive. They never automatically break up.
Then, the Sim was woohooing near their fiancé, who wasn't reacting at all. He also suggested living together. :D Romantic boundaries were set to trigger jealousy.
