Can not choose which household to control after marriage
Cannot choose which household to control: In Sims 3 (sorry for the referral) when someone in the household got married you could just move them out to live with the new spouse and continue controlling your original household. For instance if you had a child marry and move out. In Sim's 4 when I had a family member get married, I wanted them to move out into a new home and I wanted to continue to control the home I was in. There was not a place in the move in screen to choose which household to control, and the game automatically had me control the newlyweds. As a result I had to go back out and switch to my other house, losing food in refrigerator, resetting what sims were doing etc ...
- Are you using mods (Please answer with: Yes, Never, Removed) --> It's essential that stuff is tested on vanilla games so remove your mods before reporting a bug. Yes, but the switching households was happening before I used the mod. I guess I could test it vanilla if I must.
- Are you using custom content (as in clothing and objects) ? No (Is there custom content for Sims 4?)
- What is your Operating System (XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Win 8.1) ? Win 8.1
- Do you have the download or DVD Version of the game ? DVD
