Can't retrieve presentations from the University Pack.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them except the Fitness stuff pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Have a sim enrolled in a University. 2. Somehow lose your presentation. I've noticed this happens when moving sims into different households. 3. Email your professor for progress.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I email, my sim just stands up and never completes the action.
What do you expect to see? It should apparently prompt a new presentation board into your inventory. **Note The last exception I attached was before I removed all of my mods. But the issue still persisted even when I cleaned out my mods folder, and removed the access to use script mods and cc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

**Note The code I attached was before from a last exception txt file I received from MC Command Center. I removed all of my mods. But the issue still persisted even when I cleaned out my mods folder, and removed the access to use script mods and cc.
