cats & dogs bug

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? taking your dog for a walk/jog using the play interaction with dog
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims idle instead of walking their dog, and sometimes the dog will just run off without them, leash still attached, but sims wont walk with them. the problem is worse when you try to queue up other actions and wont "reset" until you delete the interactions using the play interaction, the sims will do the animation and the dogs wont, resulting in distorting the sims arms in order to reach. the dog still plays barking audio as if its also playing but just stands there
What do you expect to see? Sims should walk/jog with their dogs/dogs shouldnt run off without their owners while walking them.Dogs playing with their sims should perform the correct animation(s) and the action queue should progress through the queued up actions in chronological order or in order of opportunity/convenience
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
