Certain moodlet makes Sims unable to stay sitting

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim with "Fear of Unfulfilled Dreams" and the corresponding Angry moodlet "Losing Control" active. Have the Sim sit - on anything: a chair, a sofa, etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim sits for a moment or two, then a red circle with a slash through it appears over their head. They then stand up.
What do you expect to see? The Sim stays seated.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Ever since patching and getting HSY, I've had this issue. If the Sim was performing another action while seated that can be done standing up (e.g. reading a book) they will continue that action; if the other action must be done while seated (e.g. using the computer) they will cancel that action as well as the sitting.

This does not happen if the "Losing Control" moodlet is not active.

For clarity, I tested this on a brand-new save with zero mods or custom content, after having done a folder refresh and game repair.

I've attached a screenshot of my Sim with the slashed circle over her head. At the time she was sitting on a sofa and reading a book. Shortly after that screenshot was taken, she stood up and continued to read.
