What happens when the bug occurs? The lot has the fuse box by default, but the fixed lot trait isnt there
What do you expect to see? The fixed challenge / trait called Needs TLC should be there
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
