@Lylalolita I was able to duplicate this on PS5. My sim was stuck at level 1 for a whole sim week. Traveling with the sim to another lot or going to manage worlds and back allowed for a promotion to happen the next work day. Can you see if travel to another lot or world will allow your sim to be promoted?

You don't provide a lot of information - Are you doing the promotion requirements? Does it show that your Sim should be promoted based on their performance bar but still isn't getting promoted? Yes i’m at level 1 so you basically just go to work and you fulfill the requierment for the promotion. 5 days of work at level 1 no promotion. I try with a different household, same thing. Yes, for 5 days of work it show i should have a promotion but instead i get à paid of 94$ ... [CM - Edited to merge posts]

You don't provide a lot of information - Are you doing the promotion requirements? Does it show that your Sim should be promoted based on their performance bar but still isn't getting promoted? Carls Sims has a really great guide to the career if that helps.

Do you have multiple sims and is it just the social media career you have issues with ?

Also: Could you please enter your game version ?

It was both in an appartment and a house. I play with one sims, and every other work is fine. Just the Social Media having an issue.
i don’t know how to get my version ... sorry about that.
