You don't provide a lot of information - Are you doing the promotion requirements? Does it show that your Sim should be promoted based on their performance bar but still isn't getting promoted? Carls Sims has a really great guide to the career if that helps.

Yes i’m at level 1 so you basically just go to work and you fulfill the requierment for the promotion. 5 days of work at level 1 no promotion. I try with a different household, same thing.
Yes, for 5 days of work it show i should have a promotion but instead i get à paid of 94$ ...
