Completely Unresponsive Sims

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? I don’t know, it is up to date
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all of them, my most recent addition is For Rent
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going to my rental lot and trying to get the sims to perform any tasks.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims freeze and won’t do anything other than make noise
What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to complete the interaction
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, hard reset the Xbox and also did a reset through the settings on Xbox, I cleared my local save cache, feel like I have tried everything. There’s over 500$ sunk into this game over the years, and it’s unplayable at this point. My sims won’t perform any task, it’s like they get stuck and there is nothing I can do.
