Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.42
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Tiny Living, Star Wars, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, City Living, Seasons, Get to Work, and Laundry Day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? unable to hear any sound from sims game while playing and from sims start up.
What do you expect to see? sound should be played throughout game when volume is up/on
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not available console
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Sims does not have any sound. Have updated game and reinstalled

Yeah, plays and then cuts out sometimes.
