Custom relationship label UI shows as 0 after travelling/rotational play

Which language are you playing the game in? Traditional Chinese
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108(latest)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs and a few kits 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to some sims and try to set a custom relationship label. Confirm it in the profile. Then travel, switch households, etc (not sure what causes it), then try to edit the custom label.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes, after added custom relationships, the icon was shown as llama(see pic a). When trying to edit such icon/relationship, two text boxes appear. The first one is the label you typed before and the second large box just says “0”(see pic b). If you try to change the label from here it usually doesn’t save. 
What do you expect to see? The correct icon as I chose.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but this happens since the vanilla game. According the original post, this also happens on PS5.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Since LoveStruck.

@crinrict this was my initial report about the UI issue - sorry to not add pictures sooner 

I realized that when the custom relationship labels are broken like this, they also can’t be modified. It seems like they can be removed, but if you try to edit the label the changes do not save.
