@HawnaKitty Do you mean the waiting to place order is stuck in the queue ? Does the cook go inside or is (s)he stuck outside ?
have you tested multiple restaurants ?
There is a known bug that they stop eating if they also order a drink. Do they eat if you don't order a drink ?
