[DU] Camera refuses to go down while in underground level on Foxbury Commons Lot

Expansions: everything except snowy escape Game packs: outdoor retreat, spa day, dine out, parenthood, jungle adventure and my wedding stories Stuff Pack: knitting, tiny living, laundry day, toddlers, fitness, bowling night, backyard fun, romantic garden and spooky stuff and the free pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the Foxbury Commons Lot, build any amount of floors on the underground level and focus the camera to be inside the room.
What happens when the bug occurs? The camera doesn't go down nor follows the Sim and stays in ground level (as show in the video link). You will notice the camera will refuse to go down and it will stay all the way up, like it's on ground level. The only time it will go down while in underground level will be if the camera isn't inside a room (meaning it will "go down" if it's in an empty space)
What do you expect to see? The camera going down on the underground level, specially following a Sim when they are on an underground level
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
