[DU] Unable to complete presentations/Capture information drops from cue

@ManicPot8to Could you try putting the board into your inventory, travel to another lot where there's no room mates and see if it works there ?

Wonder if that LE is the cause for your issue or if it's unrelated.

It's still not working.. sim  will walk to the board and then it just suddenly drops from cue.. also happening with editing term paper. they were able to write it but when trying to edit it they sit at the computer and then it drops from cue.. I ran a game repair to see if that would resolve it but it hasn't.. i'm just really at a loss here. I do not know how to read LEs so i have no clue if that's the reason or not.

    @ManicPot8to The presentation boards are pretty tricky to figure out, capture the information is a one time event when you first start the presentation, in order to finish and refine and reorganize the board you need feedback from at least one other sim, after that it should unlock the refine and reorganize options.

      yeah no you're wrong.. i've never had to receive feed back in order refine and organize.. also the whole point of this post is that capture information keeps dropping from cue therefore i can't finish and there are no other options.

        @ManicPot8to So I tested your save. I only had the refine option on your board (which worked although I can't remember if it's supposed to have a progress circle or not

        Editing the paper was a bit more tricky and I don't know what triggered it to work. The Sim had a bit low needs so took care of that and there was a Yogurt on the table. I removed that. Sims sometimes have issues using the computer if there's something on the table.
