@crinrict I just deleted the Localthumbecache. But the All Powerful PC still wont show settings. So I sold it for another which has shown the settings.

Looks like that pc is glitched perhaps.

    @KeiAshurst Did you buy the same again ? I tested that computer I do have the setting so maybe it was just that particular computer and replacing with the same is fine ?
