Start with the top one and delete all the ladders with the cheat: objects.destroy <ID>. Test after every ladder if it starts loading. If there's lots of ladders you can also delete them in groups. Once you found the ladder(s) that are causing the issue, you can either just leave them all out and go back to playing or you can load your current game and delete just the ladder that was giving issues. @ALLABELLABOO I tested your save and you have an invalid object on your lot. It seems to be invisible but still causing errors.There's two ways to fix this:One with mod/one withoutFor both methods you need to send the family home from vacation so you can enter the sulani lot in build mode. Method A (no Mods) 1. Enter the Sulani lot into build mode from the lot 2. Bulldoze the entire lot 3. Lot is now accessible again but you'll loose the house this way. You might be able to salvage the house if you save room by room and then put it back together. I haven't tried that. Saving the lot to the gallery and replacing doesn't get rid of the error. Method B (Mods) 1. Downloadload TwistedMexis Allcheats mod 2. Enter the Sulani Lot from build mode 3. Open the cheat console 4. Enter: objects.destroy 1018394716006585497 (I do hope you get the same number) 5. Lot should now be accessible again If this doesn't work and you still get the error, then the number is wrong. You can find the Number in the LastException file you get. So trigger the error, then check the documents folder for a new LastException. It should have this part. @eveedwards00 You do need to use the mods otherwise the cheat doesn't work. Just get allcheats here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/cheat-fix-for-22697405 (I believe it's also on curseforge if you use that)Simply put the mod in your mod folder (it's just one file) and then start your game (make sure script mods are turned on). After that the cheat should work.

Hi, here's an alternative, mod-free (so console safe) fix for when deleting the ladders won't work:You have a broken lot, caused by broken ladders (even if there are no ladders on the lot--can be regular ladders, pool ladders, ocean ladders)Solution:move out any sims that live theresave the lot to your library (optional, if you want to keep the lot)bulldozedo a save-as from live mode or build more (not from the world)place a new lot with a different lot type (if you started with residential, maybe place a nightclub)save-asplace a second lot with a different lot type (maybe park)save-asplace a third lot with a different lot type (maybe bar)save-asplace the original lot again (or a different one)All steps must be followed in order to make sure it will work If there's a similar bug report around for stairs, this works on that too (and is how the fix was originally discovered)

I'm working on a Lot which is not accesible via Live Mode anymore, and i don't know what's causing it. I can access build mode without an issue.Whenever i try to enter Live Mode on that lot i get sent back to the map view with the error code 132:4553968f:2c0686df and also 132:9ef011c1:8450ef61I repaired my game, put out all my mods, started a new save, but this lot won't load in live mode still.I don't know if this is the place to report this kind of issue, but i spent more then 20 hours into this lot already and it would be a bummer if this error continues to occur.Thanks in advance! @Simmy86 The numbers are unique so if you know the number, it shouldn't matter but if you don't, I'm not sure if you can load a lot in the same neighborhood and get the number.

Maybe there's more going on your lot.

Can you try the following: Load a nearby lot in build mode, pan around a bit, go back to map, try loading the one that gives errors again.

I'm playing with lovestruck and I moved to the Torres Amanecer lot, built the house, played with the sims, but when I close the game and try to return, it keeps loading forever. I did some tests, in other houses I can play with the family but in this specific lot I can't. I followed the instructions in the topic without success, but the error I have is: 132:dad724e4:e59e6c62 any idea what it could be? (sorry for the English, I'm from Brazil and used the translator)

Yes, I have a swimming pool, but I have already removed it and the entire outside room, without success. I also tested the stairs, there was only one, I also removed it.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

the file is not being generated but I did some tests.
I use CC, and I did the 50/50 test. I found the cc's that wouldn't let the game load, so my game loaded and I played.
When I went to play again, infinite loading returned and I went back to using the 50/50 method, the same situation as before.
And now it just went back to infinite loading, so it doesn't seem like a problem with broken CC's, as each time is a different one that I need to remove from the mods folder.

This is an old thread so not sure if you’ll see this however I did your method as I’ve had 132 code error and unable to play in live mode (build mode works) and it’s still giving me the same error. Could I get a 132 code and it not be a ladder issue?

What happens when the bug occurs? placed a resi rental on the lot in mourningvale that originally is a nightclub, when I try to load into it in livemode I get send to Worldoverview with the Error Message : "The game failed to load. Error Code: 132:b16b8ae5:9bd3cfcd. It is recommended you relaunch the game."
What do you expect to see? To be able to load into and play in the lot

I was able to load into the lot in build mode, even after the error message just fine.
I could also load into and play in the same build on the same lot in a different save/game.

Okay, now I found the related thread to this (couldnt find it before idk why) and replaced all the ladders in the build and was able to load it in live mode again.
