Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy a couple starter fruit packets, and then open them to find that the results are the same for every packet.

In one save, I bought 20 starter fruit packets and only got strawberries, and in another I bought 15 starter fruit packets and only got tomatoes and bananas. In the save with only strawberries, I never got bananas or tomatoes, or any other starter fruit, and in the save with the tomatoes and bananas, I never got strawberries or any other fruit.
What I got in the first starter fruit packet is identical to every other starter fruit packet purchased after. This doesn't seem to affect starter herbs, starter vegetables, or starter flowers. Those ones still provide a variety of different harvestables in each packet and packets are not identical to each other.
