I'm having the same problem... Witnessed three deaths already, and no reactions. (and no aspiration fullfilled).
My game has also fulfilled the 'reach lvl 8 in crime job' also if I'm only on level 4 instead, I don't know if it's related.
Also, most people I've met and a boyfriend too don't show up in my people list, I can't call them as they are not there. I don't know if they are still in the game.
And last, I keep 'meeting for the first time' people I'm sure I've already met before.
Everything is happening after last update, never had any of those problems before.
