Firaxium stereo upgrade makes sims complain about garbage

This has been an issue in my game for quite some time.

I've gone through my sim's homes, even completely removing objects in the rooms: No dirty plates or mess hidden in shelves, no ashes from fires or trash left by infants or toddlers. I even spent an entire day rebuilding my sim's home from scratch last week because I was tired of my sims complaining about several messes in their homes (I also suspect an upgraded fireplace with fireguard upgrade can trigger it but I'm having a hard time replicating it. Upon reflection it is possible it could've be the television above the fireplace that was causing it but this was before I rebuilt the home from scratch).

For clarification my sims don't receive any "Filthy surroundings" moodlet but when they are near an upgraded object they behave like this.

I rarely use mods, and after couple issues in my game and with the recent patch fixes (which I should add are greatly appreciated) I'm playing my game with no mods so I can confirm it's not mod related. I only noticed that it may have been the stereos that was causing it as they all did the same thing at varying electric objects in my sim's home.
