[FIXED] Big Happy Family - Be Parent to a Child with 3 friends does not achieve

I managed to trigger this goal at the same time that I triggered the goal to be friends with three of your children, by adopting a third child, making a household of four people who were all friends.  Someone else managed to trigger this by having a grown child get married and have kids.  It seems to me that this goal only counts friends of the kids who are also family members, and that in order to trigger it you need to have a kid be friends with three family members.  It still doesn't seem like this is how they intended it.
