[FIXED] Camera bouncing uncontrollably

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter buildmode on Windenburgs Proprietor's Square lot and look at the lot from different angles / floors.
What happens when the bug occurs? The camera keeps adjusting between your building and the huge background mountain/building that you can't edit anyway, making it nearly impossible to zoom into what you are looking at.
What do you expect to see? The camera focusing only on the lot you are building at, ignoring background stuff, just like it does with other lots.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am trying to build a house on Windenburgs Proprietor's Square lot, and the camera constantly toggles between focusing on my lot (yellow) and the big mountainous background building (red) behind it. Especially when the camera is facing said background building. This makes it nearly impossible to zoom in on what you are doing, and because it is shifting so much it nearly makes me sea sick. I would expect the camera to ignore background stuff in buildmode and just keep a steady view on the actual building instead.

  • We got word that the camera was malfunctioning and bouncing uncontrollably in some
Lots across multiple Worlds. We fixed an issue that caused this, but let us know if there
    are new instances.

    Fixed in Patch 1.77.131/1.44

If you're still experiencing this issue, please create a new thread.

When making a new thread, post exactly which area you still have issues with and add a video. It's best to upload the video to youtube or google/one drive and link. Uploading here makes them very small.
