    • Splitting the Household and moving out through the Phone is now possible.

    Fixed in Patch 1.110.311/2.03

I am also having an issue, I was trying to move sims in manage world, and after a while, all the move (split or move etc.) buttons greyed out. I have tried going back to my family and back into manage worlds, and I have tried exiting to the main menu and entirely exiting the game, and none of this fixes the problem.

Edit: I found the solution. While moving sims between households, more sims appeared in my world, and I went over the sim limit. To fix this, go to create a new household, and in the box that pops up, change sims to unlimited, and then it will let you move them again.

I'm still highly confused... what pop up box within the create a sim are we exactly speaking about? There is no pop up box asking anything
