[FIXED] [CD] Kitten Stuck on object and Cannot Be Reset

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Outdoor Retreat, Cats and Dogs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move each item that the kitten gets stuck on outside the house until the kitten finally resets onto the floor.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kitten climbs onto the Carpeted Conifers Cat Tree Deluxe and gets stuck while on the toy (specifically, the middle level platform to the right of the covered box section).
What do you expect to see? I expect my kitten to be able to get down from any surfaces it is able to get onto (ex. if it can climb ONTO the cat tree, it should be able to climb down, otherwise it should not be able to climb up at all). If it does get stuck, I expect the kitten to be able to be reset with resetsim in the cheat menu.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Kitten climbs onto the Carpeted Conifers Cat Tree Deluxe and gets stuck while on the toy (specifically, the middle level platform to the right of the covered box section).  Kitten cannot get down or move, human sim cannot pick up, call over, or call to meal to get the cat down.  Using resetsim cheat does not work.  If you move the Carpeted Conifers Cat Tree Deluxe outside the house, the kitten will teleport onto a nearby surface (like a dining room table, kitchen counter, etc).  If you continue moving all items the kitten teleports on top of, eventually the kitten will teleport onto the floor and resolve the issue; however, my house has a foundation which raises floor level above ground level.  It could be possible that in a house with no foundation, the kitten will continue teleporting to all surfaces of similar height above ground level until you delete them all from the lot entirely (rather than just moving them outside).  Speculation, but possible, considering this bug has only occurred once for me.  Also, my kitten has been fine to get in and out of the covered portion of the cat condo, just not the level platform adjacent.
