I bought the Elation Station pre-made Bubble Blower and placed it in my apartment. After using it, I put it in the household inventory.
The problem is the noise from the bubble blower keeps generating and it doesn't matter what I do. It's extremely obnoxious and loud, and quite gamebreaking for me.
I've tried deleting it, moving it, looking for other causes, nothing helps.
Did you try restarting your game ?

Same thing happens with one of the festival spaces. When running the Bubble blower is available, when the festival finishes the noise of the Bubble Blower is still present - even if you travel away and back again or restart your game. Just seems the sound effects of the Bubble Blower are always in that particular spot.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Place Bubbletron5000 in your home lot. 2. Delete Bubbletron5000 from your home lot by clicking on it and pressing the delete key.
What happens when the bug occurs? After removing the Bubbletron5000, the sound FX remain (namely, the loud bubbling). Even bulldozing the lot/room does not fix this.
What do you expect to see? I expect not to hear an item after it's been deleted.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I first had this issue happen earlier this Summer (June/July) when I was messing around with one of my builds and placed a Bubbletron5000 in a room. I decided not to use it and deleted the item (click item, delete key). I realized while playtesting the house, that the bubble sound effects remained, and would not go away regardless of what I did. I tried deleting the room, placing the bubbletron again (trying to trigger something?), bulldozing the lot, replacing the lot with the same house (saved without the bubbletron), building over it, creating a basement (in case it was locked under the terrain), etc.
I just had it happen again yesterday, after placing the bubbletron5000 in an apartment. I don't often use the bubblemakers in my residential builds, so I'd forgotten about the issue. Once I deleted the item (to replace it with a foosball table) I realized the sound effect was still present.
