[FIXED] [CoL] Growth fertilizers are not consumed and have no effect on crops

This is also happening for me. These fertilizers are an important part of cottage living, and they forgot to add code that gave the growth fertilizers any function. It's crazy that you have to download a mod to fix an expansion pack that costs $40! EA needs to get it together.
