[FIXED] Corrupted (R-rental) lot/Map doesn't load anymore/White Screen

I was attempting to build on the Tam Nang Sands lot both times the issue occurred.

I seem to have this bug too. I was editing an empty lot in Tomarang and then when returning to map I got a neverending loading screen. I force closed the game and when loading it again the Tomarang map was blank white. I returned to main screen and tried to recover yesterday's save and did not succeed, got stuck in a loading screen again. Then I did game repair and managed to get back into the save & Tomarang. I went back to edit the lot and got stuck in a loading screen again.

Edit: I was also building on Tam Nang Sands.

Any mods/cc ? Did you also have a game crash ?

What lot type does the lot have ? Is the lot type stuck ?

No mods or CC and I didn't have the game actually crash. Just a loading screen that wouldn't stop all the times. For me the lot type was residental.

@iberkowi Have you tested without mods? Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it. If it's not mods, please let us know.

Now it is upon loading. I am able to use all other worlds fine but trying to build or place a lot in Tomarang now leads to an endless loading screen or a blank map every time. Once when I tried to place a lot the lot type said residential but then when I finally got back to the world map screen it was incorrectly tagged as residential rental and there was a large square llama picture on the map. I have once again had to restore a back up save and am currently avoiding Tomarang all together.
