[FIXED] [DHD] Gig completion pop up not appearing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just starting first day of Interior Decorator career, first playthrough. Start a gig for Interior Home Decorator, talk to the client, take before pictures, complete all the gig tasks, take after photos, call clients back to the lot, complete the reveal event tasks, and all client gives tearful happy emotes, big hugs and handshakes like they absolutely love it. Then a notification from the client says "it's ok I guess, you checked all the boxes, but it's not my taste." But my sim cannot leave and the gig is not complete.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get paid. But, I'm still at the clients house, and never get the completed gig notification with reputation increase or decrease. The gig menu still has a bunch of golden checked tasks for the gig and I'm soft locked stuck at the house. My sim cannot leave the house because it thinks my sim is still at work. I switched control to another sim, and my decorator's "work" briefcase icon is flashing red and a big exclamation point that "Julian is still at work!" If I cancel the gig I get reputation decrease and it's like I never did the work. I went back to the house and tried calling the clients back to the lot and did the reveal event again, but without showing the objects myself. Still didn't complete the gig.
What do you expect to see? The "Results!" window that says "Julian completed the gig and has received the following results! Money Earned: 1000$ Professional Reputation Improved" and the choice to Go Home or Stay on Lot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I just live at the client's house now, sleep on their couch and eat their food and water their plants, endlessly redecorating their home. But I cannot leave without cancelling the gig and failing.
