Sims will no longer be stuck on client's lots after completing a home decorator gig.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do a dream home decorator gig and attempt for finish it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The job will not complete, the reasons will vary. Sometimes it will check everything off but not end and I cannot leave lot, Sometimes I will click reveal the reno and the family will go in and I will not get that options again and therefore do not get that check mark, sometimes I will ask for verdict and it will not check them off. I never get the pop up when I am talking to the client before starting to know what I discover and I don't get a pop up for the verdicts either.
What do you expect to see? I expect for my gig to finish, to receive payment, and for any other positive or negative effects to occur.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This has occurred in multiple save files with and without mods/CC.
