Sims will no longer be stuck on client's lots after completing a home decorator gig.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage Living, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Werewolves, Realm of Magic, Parenthood, Vampires, Dream Home Decorator, Tiny Living, Toddler, Kids Room, and Holiday Celebration
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens almost every decorator gig, on any character that has this career, I have multiple save files and characters that all have this issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? My reveal event wont end even though I've completed everything in it. I cannot travel, since there is an ongoing event, ending the event early doesn't work(it just still doesn't end). The only thing that does work is clicking cancel gig which means no money and loss of reputation.
What do you expect to see? I expect the event to end, get paid, and go home.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This is making this career unplayable, please fix this!
Hi! I've recently bought this pack and was really looking forward to playing with it but I am experiencing the issue discussed in this thread. It's really a pitty, I was looking forward to buying other expansions and packs but honestly I'm now not that convinced. I know this has been going on for a while so I'm not sure if they pay attention to people's complaints at all but is there any other way to ask EA to fix it?
I will continue to bring this to the first page so more people can report this.
