[FIXED] Duplicates of households/Sims cause trouble

Not sure why, but my whole post repeatedly vanished, which I posted here (Update: I figured it was connected to the linked screenshots??). Luckily I saved it in a text editor... Currently my house...

    I meant back when the base version was released. I've just tested this again with the current version and it appears to have been fixed.
