[FIXED] Family Tree: Connections missing (Patch 1.96)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.365.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Lots of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Install the infants patch and load up the family tree
What happens when the bug occurs? The family tree shows the images of sims but the lines connecting them are broken. Sims images are floating. This appears to happen for descendants but not ancestors. I haven't yet got an infant in my game, this happened as soon as I loaded up the game after the patch.
What do you expect to see? The lines showing the relationships between sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The infants patch released on the 14th of March 2023.

    Family trees, by definition, keep growing. Now your Sims will be once again able to view their Grand and Great Grand lineages

    Fixed in Patch 1.98.127/1.76

    Still no update for this bug/glitch? Its like we wont be given an update anytime soon...

    Its like as long as a specific bug/glitch doesn't attract a big enough audience it'll go unnoticed....

    Wish The Sims team can see this.....

    I have a few more photos to show the broken family tree/missing connections. The first image is the typical connection lines that are broken. This is affecting her half-brother and step-brothers with their connections. The second image is a broken connection where it shows the siblings as full siblings despite them being half. Before, it would have half-siblings separate and under the parent that they share, but now it shows them as full. The third image is with the step-father and that his step-daughter does not appear at all on his family tree. Before, it used to show step-children through the step-parents family tree, but now the only way to see step-parent/child relationship is through the child themselves.

    I have the same problem, I hope this can be fixed quickly because this is really frustrating.

    Same here. Except some links have half lines instead of none at all.
