I cannot upload builds or households to the gallery. There hasn't been any recent updates so I'm unsure what the issue could be

May I ask what platform you are playing on? If you are playing on PC, do you have any mods or cc in your game?
Hello, yes I use cc and mods but a have very few textures for the body (that's all for cc) and I use MCcommand centre. I play on the Mac m2 chip, usually everything runs perfectly fine on max graphics. The game never crashes glitches or anything expect for the endless loading screen while I upload to the gallery. The only other time I experienced glitches with the experience surrounding the sims 4 is with the ea app that glitches regularly.
I always had those criteria and usually I don't experience any lag or bugs (expect for the ea app glitches)
I’m having this problem too, the only mods I have installed are MCCC, Carl’s dine out reloaded and Carl’s gameplay overhaul, this problem happened to me when I tried to upload a household to the gallery.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except castle kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to upload something to the gallery.
What happens when the bug occurs? The loading circle appears and won't stop spinning. You have to force quit the game. Consequently, there hasn't been a new gallery item since yesterday 9/9.
What do you expect to see? Builds uploaded to the gallery and new gallery items showing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This is what I'm seeing:- CAS uploads fine
- Sims/Households uploading through the library hangs.
- Builds upload to the library instead of the gallery if I choose Share on gallery. When I then try to upload through the library, it hangs
