Just double-checked @murilala and the issue is not present in my game. If you haven't already, make sure that you temporarily remove any mods/CC, clear your cache, take any updates for the game that you may have missed (via Origin) and once updated, repair the game (again via Origin). Once you've got a clean game, test to see if the issue persists. Let us know (tag me in your response using @).

Clearing the cache or the game repair seems to have fixed it (I was fully patched already), I added my 6 mods back in and it's still behaving nicely. I appreciate you taking the time to answer me, especially when I resurrected a thread so late at night with mostly just a "wut do". I'm off to do weird things with roofs...
