    Toddlers will now be able to successfully complete the Studied Numbers milestone.

    Fixed in Patch 1.97.42/1.73

@Odyssey81418 I had to cheat to decrease and increase the relevant skills to get everything done.

    Same!! Do you use UI Cheats? They're unable to help with this yet, but I hope that'll become possible soon to overcome these bugs
