[FIXED] [GT] Barista that initially spawns doesn't start work shift

When I arrive on the lot, at any time of day, there is a sim in a barista uniform. It's usually always the same one, a guy in my game called Hugh. He might serve a coffee or two, but that's ONLY if a visiting customer gets an order in quickly enough before he goes off to read a book or use the toilet before the next barista arrives about 20 seconds later.

Usually Hugh spawns in the middle of the cafe not even behind the espresso bar, so he 90 percent of the time manages to go off and play before accepting any orders.

The second barista has the actual red text job title when you hover over them, so either they take over and do the actual job or stand outside doing nothing.

If Hugh wasn't off duty then why is the game always summoning a second barista with the job name and having them both there at the same time and why doesn't he have the red job title?

It doesn't match other jobs like the massage therapists or mixologist where there are defined job shifts for separate sims who arrive at specific times.
