[FIXED] Hospital Workers do nothing when giving birth

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim get pregnant and be in labor, send them to the hospital but go with them. I think you need a custom hospital with everything needed.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everyone except for your sims and the front desk person will be spawned at the corner of the hospital and won't move from there, even if you check in.
What do you expect to see? When you join your sim to have a baby, the hospital people actually do something.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm not sure if it's because I don't have the bed that a baby would be in after giving birth but if it is, I'll add that in and see if the problem still occurs.
