[FIXED] [HSY] Can't Sell on Trendi

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: High School Years, Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cates and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work Game Packs: Werewolves, Dream Home Decorator, Realm of Magic, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat Stuff Packs: Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Moschino, My First Pets, Laundry Day, Movie Hangout
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to sell an outfit on Trendi by clicking "Ship to Buyer" after receiving a notification that another sim wants to buy the outfit.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. There is no animation, moodlet, or notification that occurs even after clicking "Ship to Buyer" multiple times.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sim go to the mailbox to ship the outfit, and then for my sim to receive the simoleons for the outfit they sold and for the outfit to disappear from my inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    Ship to Buyer no longer breaks when the Sim replaces the Mailbox on their home lot. Trendi sales can now be completed.

    Fixed in Patch 1.99.264/1.78

    I have been having this same issue too! My game is fully updated, and I don't have any mods in my game.

    I have the same issue. I was on my lot and I used mailbox to ship outfit to a buyer. Nothing happened, my sim just did a T-pose for 1/10 second.

    I have Better Exceptions mod installed and it said in LE report:

    "Posibble cause: math    Reason: Exception when applying action <StatisticSetOp: statistic_Followers_Gain set to None> for loot <class 'sims4.tuning.instances.loot_FashionMarketplace_Ship'> (TypeError: '<' not supported between instances of 'NoneType' and 'int') "

    @wlazlkotek Looks like a problem with the follower count.

    Could you try if replacing the mailbox helps in anyway ? Do you have the knitting pack ? If so, does Plopsy work ?

    I have knitting pack, I'll have to check Plopsy.

    @armp10 I was having the same issue BUT I think I figured out the problem. Your sim needs access to their own mailbox in order to do this. I hadn't realized that my mailbox was inaccessible. Once I moved it the sim was able to ship the outfit without any problems. So make sure you're on your home lot and that your mailbox is unobstructed and accessible. I hope this helps. 🙂

    @reftulip Nope, that's not the case. I have access to mailbox, i.e. I can publish books or receive bills.
    Still trying to replace a mailbox and testing Plopsy. Stay tuned.

    Not sure if it's involved, but right before this happened, I moved to a new lot and built a house.  It was working at my old house.
