[FIXED] [IL] Mermaid form in CAS out of the screen borders

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL EXPANSION PACKS EXCEPT CoL/ALL GAME PACKS EXCEPT MWS and W/ALL STUFF PACKS/CKK-IAK-CSK-MCK
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  In CAS choose a mermaid occult and select her mermaid form.
What happens when the bug occurs? The mermaid form pops out from the screen margins and a piece of the sim head is cut off.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the mermaid form not cut off the screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Yes, I am 100% sure that before the patch pre Werewolf pack the problem was not there.

Upon @EA_Solaire 's prompting, I opened a post in the bug forum as they too could replicate the problem. See the attached image
