Please fix this! I have a street gallery one of my sims owns in the Arts Quarter that I can't clear, or sale from. Also sale pitch doesn't get any results. Plus my sims can't sale anything from the street gallery during a yard sale.

I am also having the issue of sale and removing from the community lot. Hoping for a fix!
