[FIXED] [JA] Rustic Frieze cannot be placed on Short Wall

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a room at the "short wall" (default) height. Attempt to place the Rustic Frieze from Jungle Adventure on a wall.
What happens when the bug occurs? Even though the icon for the freeze shows that it should be able to be placed on a short wall, you cannot place it - you are prompted with the error "Wall must be taller to place frieze."
What do you expect to see? To be able to place the frieze on a short wall OR for the icon to be corrected to show that it requires a wall of greater height (as the other frieze icons do).
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
