[FIXED] [LDSP] Diaper not going into hamper for newborns/can't pick up

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.365.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change a dirty diaper on a newborn
What happens when the bug occurs? When you change a dirty diaper on a newborn from their bassinet, it looks like clothes on the floor. It does NOT auto into laundry basket. When an ADULT clicks on it, they CANNOT bring to hamper to wash. If a CHILD clicks on the same mess, they CAN bring it to the hamper for wash. When the adult tries it says there is no usable hamper.
What do you expect to see? Diapers treated as laundry or garbage. If laundry, AUTO into empty baskets. Also, allow all ages to pick up and bring to hamper. If garbage, auto into nearby garbage as shown in grow together trailer, or on floor to look like garbage and have no laundry options.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
